Apart from my time in Coaching and Management Development roles within a large "blue chip" UK company I have over 20 years management experience in Finance, Human Resources, High Tech Consultancy and Operational roles (including leading large teams through major cultural changes). 

I am qualified to use Myers Briggs, Emotional Intelligence and other personality tools, registered with Oxford Psychologists Press and Saville & Holdsworth..
 

I am a Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development (MCIPD) the UK's professional body of HR Managers. My training includes courses with Rob Nathan one of the UK's leading Career Counsellors and I am a graduate of Coach U.
