| Pleiones are small orchids from the China and northern India. The Chinese species are nearly frost hardy and some are very easy to grow. The easy species have been hybridized with each other and more difficult but beautiful species other species to create a race of easy going orchids in shades of white, pink and yellow. These orchids they need a open, very free draining compost, lots of water after the leaves appear, and to be kept cool and dry when the leaves fall. |
